Modifications
- Difficulty with urination, add Fu Ling, Che Qian Zi.
- With neck stiffness, add Ge Gen and Bai Shao.
- For anuria, add Wu Zhu Yu and Fu Ling.
- Headache and perspiration of the head, add Chuan Xiong and Bai Zhi.
- Peritoneal tuberculosis, add Bie Jia and Bai Shao.
- Fever associated with tuberculosis, add Huang Qi and Bie Jia.
Preparation:
Source Text - Cook the herbs in 12 cups of water until the liquid is reduced to 6 cups. Discard the residue, and cook the strained decoction again until it is reduced to 3 cups. Take 1 cup of the warm decoction three times daily.
