Dosage: 6-12g

Cautions & Contraindications:

• Traditionally, it is not to be combined with the Aconitum family or with Gypsum fibrosum.

Actions & Indications:

• Disperses wind and clears heat: for externally-contracted wind-heat, especially when the major complaint is headache or eye pain.
  

  Man Jing Zi

• Clears and benefits the head and eyes: for Liver channel wind-heat manifesting as excessive tearing, red, painful or swollen eyes, or spots in front of the eyes.
• Drains dampnes and expels wind: as an ausiliary herb for wind-dampness in the limbs causing stiffness, numbess, cramping or heaviness.
